Everything you need for a wild, smooth-running celebration
- Food & Drinks
You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks to enjoy in your party room
- No food or drinks are allowed in the play area
- No alcohol permitted
- Hot or liquid dishes (such as soups or chili) are not permitted
- Optional Add-On — Party Attendant ($100)

- Must be requested at least 7 days before the party
- Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your party. Payment plans may be available upon request for Exclusive Party bookings
- Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when canceled at least 10 days before your scheduled party
- Rescheduling
If the birthday child becomes ill or severe weather/emergency prevents the celebration, we'll gladly reschedule based on availability
- Security Deposit
A $100 refundable security deposit will be added to your invoice and refunded the next business day, provided there are no damages
- Decorations
Decorations are welcome! Please follow these guidelines:
- Sticky dots only (no tape or push pins)
- Complimentary backdrop stand available upon request
- Balloon arch available for $200 (customized to your theme)
- No confetti or glitter (including confetti-filled balloons)
- Decorations must remain inside the party room and be removed before departure
